CIIT College recently held a Student Exhibit/Career Fair last July 18 to 19, 2017. Various students showed off their artworks, ranging from video games to websites and other online endeavors, to Gundam model kits. Our multi-talented Placement Officer/Life Coach/Orientation Instructor Chris Sanchez organized the fair. The aim of this fair was to provide our graduating students with an opportunity to showcase themselves and their works of art, to show our attending companies the amazing potential of our students, to give the students an immersive activity that would be akin to a real-world exhibit setting, and for the students to hopefully find their first company to work for.

Why 3-in-1 Career Fair/Exhibit/Signing Ceremony?

Sir Chris had this to say regarding the three in one event:

“It was the first time that we combined the students’ works, company booth, alumni talk, career talk from company partner speakers and Memorandum Of Understanding ceremony signing to introduce a bright future for our students.

This is another way for students to experience how to interact with different types of people of different levels. They also witnessed how an MOU signing works and share the benefits of both parties with their respective organizations.

The goal of the career fair is to get to know the companies and to assess their needs in terms of IT and artistic manpower, and to let the students know that the placement office is here to support them.”
